  • 350$ for an 8 week program

  • Yep! Every 8 weeks you’ll get new workouts and we continue on with our nutrition goals and your current body goals. I always save spots for current clients so you can continue on with me as long as you’d like!

  • Macros! In order for you to hit your goals while properly fueling your body, it’s important to take a more flexible approach, versus strict meal plans which aren’t sustainable long term. They often cause food burn out with little variety, and doesn’t account for things like going out to eat, taking a vacation, etc. things that I will teach you how to stay on track with!

  • Workouts will be created based on your schedule and how long you need them to be, so that you can stay consistent!
