Workouts

The exact workouts I am currently doing to grow the glutes, build muscle, and lose fat! You are training just like I am, which means a 5 day split:

  • Shoulders

  • Quads and glutes

  • Rest day

  • Back and glutes

  • Biceps and triceps

  • Hamstrings and glutes

  • Rest day

You can change the days you choose to workout in the app, to fit into your schedule as needed.

Each exercise has a demo video and notes on how to perform them. There is also a workout tracker so I can make sure you are progressing on your lifts, and so we can celebrate new PRs together!

A place to chat with everyone doing the plan. We can hype each other up, share recipes, wins, new PRs, supplements, workout fits, how strong we’re feeling, and hold each other accountable!
